Indiabulls Housing Finance to raise Rs 5,000 crore from securitization in Q4 FY21 Securitization constitutes 25 percent of the non-bank financier's overall borrowing and on average, it raises around Rs 2,500 crore per quarter through the route. MUMBAI: Mortgage lender  Indiabulls Housing Finance  is looking to raise Rs 5,000 crore through the  securitization  route in the fourth quarter of the current financial year, according to a senior company official. In the three months ended December 31, 2020, it had raised around Rs 2,000 crore through the route. Securitization is the process of pooling and repackaging homogenous illiquid financial assets into marketable securities that can be sold to investors. "Our securitization pipeline is strong. We should be able to raise almost Rs 3,000 crore from the wholesale book and another Rs 2,000 crore from the retail in this (Q4 FY21) quarter," the company's Deputy Managing Director  Ashwini Kumar Hooda  told.
